What hours are you open?

Hairtech Wholesale's shop in King's Lynn is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Can you deliver to me?

You can save valuable appointment time using our next working day delivery service by ordering before 12noon Monday to Thursday. Our next working day delivery is free to UK mainland when you spend over £100! Find out more on our Delivery & Returns page

If you don not have what I want in stock, can you get it for me?

We are usually able to source products from most of the major manufacturers, so if we don't have it we will try our hardest to get it for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you can't find what you're looking for.

If when ordering online and we don't have sufficient stock to fulfil your order, you can still continue to place your order with us and we will dispatched your products as soon as we have received sufficient stock. Please note that on rare occasions it may take up to 6-8 weeks for your products to arrive.

If I buy a product and no longer need it, can I return it?

We understand that from time to time your client may change their mind, particularly with colouring work. We will take back stock items within 14 days if returned fully undamaged packaged, saleable condition with proof of purchase.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must first contact us by post or email of your decision to cancel your order before returning your product(s).

Unless the items are damaged or faulty, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of scissors, razors, blades, hair brushes, piercing tools, hot brushes and wands.
